What were you doing before joining SG?
I joined SG as my first company after university graduation. From the start I loved in comparison the freedom that was given for personal development and the flat hierarchy. Every idea is being heard and taken into consideration, independent of the level of the person. My background from my studies definitely helped me to get off to a great start and was valued by other members on the team.
Why did you decide to join SG?
A major factor was the breadth of the organization for me. In addition are the possibilities of leadership development unrivalled, as demonstrated by the Information Management Leadership Program. Within two years I was able to experience a lot with high responsibility.
What are you working on?
I am a salesman in Sales dept. I assumed this role after graduating from university in Sep. 2006. My responsibility is to market BOPP film in Asia, promote BOPP sales. I work very closely with our customers to understand their strategy and needs.
What has been most rewarding about your SG experience?
The most rewarding experience is to come to work every day and interact with my customers and colleagues. We’re a great team; everybody keeps a positive attitude and wants to make a real change for business. Colleagues, Mentors and Managers have become friends over time and I was able to build a strong network all over the world. At the same time, it’s a good feeling to work for SG. I’m proud of it.

What were you doing before joining SG?
As QC in Anhui province.
Why did you decide to join SG?
I was challenged to make a big impact in the Monitoring Solutions team by teaching and applying excellent methods.
What are you working on?
I am working for QC, improving quality by statistically modeling designs & applying DFSS/DFR/DFM, principals throughout the product life cycle, crossing boundary's into manufacturing, sourcing, and field reliability as needed.
What has been most rewarding about your SG experience?
SG has a propensity for finding and retaining extraordinarily talented people. I enjoy working with this caliber "huge brains" coworker. We continually challenge and learn from each other, as each success builds upon itself. There is an energy, passion and commitment to what we do, in challenging times as well as the good times.

What are you working on?
As an assistant in HR Dept., I help HR manager to choose excellent resumes, and organize interview. After they join SG, I help them to get used to SG.
What has been most rewarding about your SG experience?
It’s a great job. It’s challenging to work in SG. Each interview is arranged by me. I need to take a serious investigation for each applicant. It makes me more independent, more powerful, and more knowledgeable.
